LEVEL 3 TEAM LEADER OR SUPERVISOR

Future Apprenticeships Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor role is suitable for the following roles:

Senior Sports Coaches with Lead responsibilities, Line Managers, Office team leader, Supervisor, Team leader, Project officer, Shift supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift manager.

Entry requirements Level 3 qualification.

The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.

For those Apprentices who are yet to achieve a level 2 in English and Maths, they will have the opportunity to complete these qualifications during their Apprenticeship. Our Learning approach Future Apprenticeships offer a blended approach to delivery which could include webinars, face-to-face, telephone and online learning to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard.

 

The end-point assessment Level 3 consists of the following four assessment components:

• Work-based Observation

• Case study challenge

• Presentation with question and answers

• Panel interview
